Position Title: Communications Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview

The Highlands School seeks a creative, organized, and mission-driven Communications Assistant to support the life and storytelling of our school community. This part-time, in-person role is responsible for capturing the daily experiences and special moments that define a Highlands education and sharing them in a way that reflects the school’s commitment to excellence in both formation and academics.

The Communications Assistant will play a key role in visual storytelling, social media management, and the production of the school’s weekly newsletter, Blazer Blast. This individual will collaborate closely with faculty and staff to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communication with our families.

Schedule & Hours

This is a part-time, in-person position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, depending on the school calendar and seasonal needs. Some weeks may require additional hours to support special events, while others may be lighter. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including occasional evenings or weekends for major school events.
